Most of the participating developers are members of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India, though other builders outside this association will also feature their properties. The exhibition will run daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., giving visitors ample time to explore listings, and site visits to actual properties will be arranged directly from the venue for interested buyers.
The expo is presented by CERA Sanitaryware Ltd, a company associated with bathroom and sanitary fittings, indicating cross-industry participation in the housing sector event. Kochi Mayor V.K. Minimol will formally inaugurate the expo on July 4 at 11 a.m., and Sandeep Abraham, a senior sales executive from CERA Sanitaryware Ltd, is also expected to attend.
